Worked as project manager to complete large building interiors in

Handle all phases of the business: job clean up, construction on site,
securing contracts, estimating jobs, establishing company policy,
meeting with owners, and overseeing the field work and office
personnel.
Office and field personnel ranged from 5 - 25 during most years of the

The over 275 projects ranged from remodeling and renovations of
hospitals and doctors' offices, business offices, restaurants to
constructing new commercial and multi-family buildings with contracts
that ranged from $1,500 to $12,500,000.
3. Consulting Experience
Surety Bonding Company - consultant for projects in
Dade and Broward Counties for the last 10 years where I assisted in
project evaluation and project completion. The projects were schools
and the Miami VA Hospital.
Hospital
a. owner's representative on Seventh Avenue Health Facility for North
Broward Hospital District - $7,500,000
b. owner's representative on Weston Regional HealthPark for North
Broward Hospital District - $ 11,800,000
Residential - consultant to both owners and contractors in both
assisting in construction problems and representing them in disputes
and litigation for more than 15 cases
Commercial
a. advised and represented owners, contractors and third party
defendants in over 20 disputes or litigation cases
b. consulted and represented owners during construction of new and
remodeled facilities
4. Testimony experience
a. Have testified in trials and depositions for the
last 15 years in both State and Federal courts. Have testified in
depositions, trials or mediations over 15 times.
b. I have served as arbitrator in 2 different private cases
5. Other experience
a. I have been on the Broward County Central Examining
Board for contractors for over 20 years where we conduct disciplinary
Hearings in a quasi-judicial format.
b. A founding committee member of the University of Florida, School of
Building Construction Distinguished Builder's Award that recognizes
outstanding contractors in the state of Florida
